Just lovely, miniature Guadalupe or Miraculous Medal surrounded by petite cubic zirconia stones mounted on a cable chain.  The dimensions of the medal with the frame are 10mm X 8.5mm.  The length of this necklace is 18 inches with a jump ring at 16 inches to shorten it and it's equipped with a jump ring spring clasp.
